Scholarships

Mercy Health Foundation scholarships are available to assist employees with the cost of their professional development (conditions apply). Employees from all areas of Mercy Health are eligible to apply.

Scholarships will be granted to provide financial support of up to 50% of the total course fees (excluding books and stationery), up to a maximum of $5,000 per course.

Applications are open in May each year and successful applicants are notified on Mercy Day, 24 September.

All applicants will be acknowledged. Late applications will not be processed.

Mercy Health values education and training

Since launching our scholarship program in 2007 Mercy Health Foundation has provided financial support to 52 employees studying to improve their qualifications, which translates directly to improved care for our patients. The scholarship program is funded by donations and sponsorships to the Foundation's Endowment Fund.
