Mercy Health Foundation was established in 2006 to raise funds for all areas of Mercy Health.

For us, fundraising is a proud tradition. It is built on successful relationships that recognise fundraising is about people more than money.

    Purpose
The purpose of the Foundation is to secure philanthropic support and donations for all areas of Mercy Health so that we can, first and foremost, provide care.

These gifts go directly toward funding clinical research, teaching and training - for example employee scholarships - and unique projects, such as Victoria's first Breastmilk Bank.

    Benefits
Mercy Health cares for over 400,000 people every year. The high calibre of the care received is maintained and improved through a focus on research, teaching and training supported by the Foundation. Find out more about Mercy Health.

Our donors are part of a network of people who contribute to directly assist the wellbeing of individuals, their carers, their families and their communities.

    What Drives Us
Our vision is to build an enduring capacity and passion to serve those with special needs.

Our work is based on our values of compassion, respect, innovation, stewardship and teamwork. We strive to always care first.

Our energy comes from serving communities and connecting with caring individuals and organisations inspired to share our vision.

Each scholarship can pay up to 50% of the costs associated with completing a course of study relevant to your employment with Mercy Health.
